Job Description Our current IGA environment has been shaped by numerous successful M&A transactions, intricate global and regional business processes, legacy IGA components, and significant volumes of data. With years of legacy, the current landscape has become untenable and necessitates a highly scalable and modern platform. We are looking for seasoned IGA professionals to aid our multiyear efforts for transition towards the envisioned target state landscape. Skills and Requirements • Educational Background: o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Professional Experience: o Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role (typically 5+ years). o Identity Governance experience is a must have o Experience working in the retail industry is a plus. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL). o Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is preferred. o Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques. • Soft Skills: o Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. o Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
