What You'll Do

As a Regional Practice Area Assistant, you will support the Regional Practice Area leadership team for Industrial Goods (IG) in EMESA (region comprised of Europe, Middle East, South America & Africa) in executing the regional business agenda. You will work closely with the Regional Senior Manager and Global Sector Managers, contributing to business intelligence, influencing key stakeholders, coordinating initiatives, and driving communications. This role is a key enabler of the IG Practice’s daily operations and long-term initiatives.


Key responsibilities:

Reporting and business intelligence, including revenue & sales performance, commercial pipeline trackingPrepare internal meetings in support of the responsible Practice Area Senior Manager e.g. preparing business analysis, compiling and summarizing updates, managing action items and follow-ups, and consolidating inputsCoordinate and curate commercial materials and best practices for global and regional sharingAssist in the preparation of internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materialsContribute to people engagement efforts (e.g., Practice meetings, affiliation activities)Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team as needed

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or a global professional services environmentProficiency in MS Office (Outlook; PowerPoint; Excel). Open to pilot AI solutions.Fluent English requiredExperience working in cross-cultural teams and/or fast-paced environments

Who You'll Work With

You will collaborate closely with the Regional Practice Area Senior Manager, EMESA HR Business Partners, and the wider Industrial Goods Practice Area Management & Operations (PA M&O) team in EMESA. You may also interact with Sector Managers, Practice Area Coordinators, Marketing, and other BCG functions across regions
