Main responsibilities:Collecting and organizing accounting documents using templates,Helping post and check monthly accounting entries (we’ll show you how!),Downloading and putting together monthly reports,Preparing simple reports for internal and external audits,Helping with lease-related tasks (you’ll learn what these mean),Updating summary files and assisting with data uploads,You’ll get to work with systems like SAP, Blackline, and Nakisa — don’t worry if you haven’t used them before, we’ll teach you,You’ll also learn how financial reports are created and how companies stay compliant with rules (like SOX),Your work will directly support our monthly financial reporting,You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, learning, and collaboration.

About you

Experience:Ongoing university studies (active student status) in Economics, Finance, or Accounting,A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is important,Experience in leasing is an advantage,40 -hour availability/week.

Soft and technical skills:You’re comfortable using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. formulas, tables, basic data handling),If you have an interest in IT systems or have used finance tools before, that’s a definite plus,You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things,You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and enjoy working as part of a team,Familiarity with tools like SAP, Blackline, or Nakisa is an advantage — but don’t worry if you haven’t used them yet. We’ll provide the training and support you need.

Languages:You are fluent in both English and Hungarian.
