Job Responsibilities:

 

Manage group-wide technical accounting topics (e.g., employee benefits, share-based compensation, deferred taxes) and ensure accurate disclosures in semi-annual and annual financial statements. Act as the key liaison with the actuarial department to integrate retirement and similar commitments into the Group’s consolidation process. Act as the key liaison with the tax department to integrate tax impacts into the Group’s consolidation process. Collaborate with the HR department to calculate and recognize IFRS expenses, update assumptions, prepare note disclosures, obtain auditor validation, and perform valuations for new plans. Coordinate the production and review of the Group’s semi-annual and annual financial statements. Strengthen the Group's IFRS expertise center by responding to questions submitted to the Group, documenting these responses, and sharing them with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor the evolution of standards and their future application in the Group, assess the impacts on the Group's financial statements and participate in the design of appropriate accounting policies. Actively participate in the development of the IFRS expertise center by promoting cooperation with the Finance function teams. Actively participate in the global transformation projects of the Finance function. You will be in direct contact with auditors, local finance teams, and other departments of the Finance function (tax, pensions, treasury, and financial communication).

 

Job Requirements:

 

A solid experience in audit and corporate finance functions (Consolidation, FP&A, Management Control, Standards). In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting. Strong operational mindset with a pragmatic approach. High attention to detail and ability to deliver precise work under tight deadlines. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. You are an appreciated and committed team player, capable of working independently in a constantly evolving environment. Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Comfortable with financial systems and technology.
