We believe in giving back to the community and offer a competitive benefits package.  To learn more, visit: www.r1rcm.comJob DescriptionThe ideal candidate will manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure access management processes.Key Responsibilities:Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.Assign roles based on subprocess and department.Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience with IDM tools and user access management.Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.Understanding of IT security principles and access control.Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in IAM roles.B.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).
