Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.
AT&T has an opening for an Identity Specialist to support Public Sector Solutions.
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Operating System experience: Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat) to include maintenance, upgrades, security patching, and IAVA compliance.Experience with Public Key Infrastructure / Public Key Enablement.Experience with Identity and Access Management (IdAM) protocols such as SAML and OAUTH/OIDC.Experience with STS applications such as PingFederate, Oracle OIF, KeyCloak, or ADFS (Entra ID federation).Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (Perl, Java, Python).Excellent problem-solving skills that demonstrate the candidate can effectively analyze data to implement proper solutions.Desired Skills:
Ability to understand application requirements, application implementation, and Operating System optimization for applications.Knows the details behind TLS protocols, cipher configurations, client PKI certificate authentication, OCSP, trust stores etc.Experience with STS applications.Experience with implementing federated protocols to support authentication based on IDP and SP agreements/partnerships.Creating documentation to detail and outline technical solutions / application installations.Familiarity with Directory Information Tree (DIT) hierarchical structure design (preferably Lightweight Directory Access Protocol – LDAP).Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. Required Qualifications: Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (NOTE: Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree).
Desired Qualifications: Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CASP, CISSP, CAP)
