ROLE SUMMARY

Identity and Access Management (IAM) owns and operates services that ensure people have access to what they need and only what they need to perform their role. IAM manages the lifecycle of corporate identities, authentication services, digital credential services, and access review services with a variety of commercial, custom, and open-source solutions.
The Identity Lifecycle Contractor Management Analyst will be responsible for providing end user support for Pfizer’s Global Contractor Management system.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identity Lifecycle Services: Identity Lifecycle Management for colleagues and contractors, Contractor Management (GetAccess), Identity Verification Process. All products and services are Global, utilized by 90,000+ Colleagues, 65,000+ Contingent Workers and designated Lightspeed critical. The systems and processes are internally and externally audited for SOX compliance.
Provide day-to-day end user support of Identity Lifecycle services.Uses established processes and procedures to assist end users.Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve Pfizer processes and end user experiences.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, master’s degree preferred.Aptitude for quick, creative thinkingAcute attention to detail with emphasis on qualityStrong time management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent cross group collaborations skillsAssertive communication skills to all levels in the organizationExperience with IAM system support, engineering, and operations.Understanding of applicable laws and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and GXP quality regulations and guidelines.NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Periodic international and domestic travel required (less than 5%)
