Identity and Access Management Analyst

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

You are a motivated security Engineer who enjoys security work and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and developers to drive the successful adoption of innovative methods in implementing robust cloud controls and developing secure applications.

In this role, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst will be responsible for ensuring secure and compliant access to enterprise systems and data. The analyst will play a critical part in implementing and maintaining IAM tools, managing identity lifecycles, and supporting risk and compliance initiatives.

Access Governance & Compliance - Responsible for conducting access reviews, enforcing segregation of duties, and ensuring alignment with SOX regulatory standardsTool Implementation & Integration - lead the deployment and integration of IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt IGA, Azure AD), and develop monitoring dashboards to track access control effectivenessRisk Management & Audit Support - Expected to identify IAM-related risks, contribute to control testing, and support internal and external audits with documentation and evidenceDocumentation & Standards - maintain SOPs, training materials, and IAM policy documentsStakeholder CollaborationWill engage with business units, system owners, and vendors to align IAM practices with organizational goals and resolve access-related issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 4 years of professional experience.

Desired Characteristics

Technical Expertise:

Solid understanding of issues of scale and performance in large-scale cloud environments and ability to identify, debug and propose viable solutions.

Knowledgeable about useful metrics, and how to work with them to track against goals/KPIs.

Excellent communication skills.

Exposure to cloud foundry environment

IAM tools like Saviynt, Okta, Entra, directory services

IAM domain understanding including birthright provisioning, authentication, MFA, zero trust, SOD


Business Acumen:

Evaluates technology to drive features and roadmaps.

Maps technology trends to internal vision.
