**Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst - remote**
**Purpose:**
As an IAM Analyst within our Cybersecurity team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, with a focus on governance and strategy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing IAM data and processes across the organization’s applications, identifying gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement remediation plans. These plans will emphasize automating IAM processes such as provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews ensuring they align with industry best practices and compliance standards. Your work will directly enhance our security posture and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Data Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate current IAM processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements.
+ **Application of IAM Standards:** Partner with various departments to gather insights on IAM processes within each application, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
+ **Strategy Development:** Design and implement strategies to bridge gaps between IAM standards and application processes, with a strong focus on automation and governance alignment.
+ **Facilitation:** Lead workshops and meetings application stakeholders to present findings, facilitate discussions, and recommend improvements.
+ **Reporting:** Develop detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate IAM process evaluations and improvement strategies.
+ **Monitoring:** Continuously track and report on the progress of IAM process improvements and compliance initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with goals.
+ **Industry Awareness:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM governance and strategy, applying this knowledge to enhance organizational processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis and IAM processes.
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and organization levels.
+ Excellent analytical skills, capable of identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in IAM processes.
+ Knowledge of IAM standards and governance.
+ Knowledge of Identity Management Systems, including but not limited to Sailpoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory.
+ Knowledge of Privilege Access Management systems, including but not limited to CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
+ Knowledge of IT Service Management systems, including but not limited to Service-Now
+ Ability to develop and implement strategic improvements.
+ Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
+ Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations.
+ Ability to tailor metrics and insights to different audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance in communication.
