The Security Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Security, is crucial in safeguarding our enterprise assets by managing user identities, entitlements, and secure access across our hybrid IT environment. This role will primarily support and optimize our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, Saviynt EIC, and contribute to Privileged Access Management (PAM), Compliance and broader IAM capabilities. This position operates cross-functionally, working closely with IT, HR, Compliance, Audit, and IT Security teams to ensure access controls are aligned with business needs while meeting SOX, PCI, and other IT Security obligations. This candidate should have a strong aptitude for Identity Lifecycle Management, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for securing access to critical business systems
Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
4-8 years of experience in an identity-focused or broader IT Security role with a specialization in Identity Lifecycle Management.Hands-on experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta or similar IAM tools.Experience supporting regulatory and compliance objectives such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Payment Card Industry DSS (PCI) in publicly traded enterprises.Technical proficiency with directory and related services like Active Directory, Entra ID, Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication.Experience managing the user access lifecycle (provisioning, transfers, terminations), maintaining access models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC), and supporting integrations, certifications and reporting.Strength in written and oral communications and collaborating cross-functionally to enforce access control standards, onboard applications into Saviynt, and support SOX/PCI audit readiness and remediations.Demonstrated proficiencies in continuous improvement of IAM processes, responding to identity-related incidents, and automating and scaling governance workflows.Preferred
Scripting (PowerShell, etc.), Python, and SQL.CISSP, GIAC, CIAM, Sec+, Entra ID Security, or other relevant certifications.Experience integrating systems via APIs.Experience in User Acceptance Testing.Location:
