Title: Identification Clerk- Saratoga Employee Status: Regular Full Time Work From Home Option: Not Applicable FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Overview: The Identification Clerk is responsible for issuing photo identification to all NYRA employees and backstretch workers at Saratoga, as well as assist with other NYRA security record systems. Essential Functions: + Maintain a daily log of ID badges and temporary/ visitor passes issued. + Replace lost badges and make revisions when a change in identification status occurs. + Provide application process information. + Work closely with the New York Gaming Commission to ensure employees and workers are properly licensed. + Process termination reports and update badges upon termination. + Process applications by vendors, veterinarians and other third parties who need track identification. + Issue parking stickers to backstretch and other outside vendors. + Liaise with the BEST office in regards to life insurance and pension applications. + Assist security operations with the daily operations report. Qualifications: + Education: High school diploma + Experience: Two years of work experience + Preferred/not mandatory: Bilingual English/Spanish Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment: + Primarily, sedentary in nature as this is an office role.
