Department Specific Functions + The ID and Building Security Access Representative must use very complex systems T2 Flex, Pro-Watch and Onity Systems. + Assists customers with Photo ID badges, building access, parking and public transportation. + Processes sales of ID badges and accessories, parking and transit permits, parking validations, bicycle permits, and background checks. + Assists customers with replacing broken/lost access and transit cards. + Answer phone calls greeting students, faculty and staff and addressing and resolving issues through appropriate channels. + Monitor and respond to email inquiries received through two departmental email accounts, one for Parking and another one for Photo ID. + Assists customers with scheduling UM Transportation Department shuttles. + Processes and distributes daily reports including parking, transit, and access reports. + Reconciles daily credit card, check, IDR, payroll deduction and student account sales. + Programs and troubleshoots ID badges and access cards for campus locking systems. + Processes employment clearances. + Files and scans department records. + Logs customer interaction notes in database. + Adheres to proper telephone etiquette and use of call center software. + Processes metal key requests and distribution to authorized individuals. + Categorized as Tier 1 emergency employee. Expected to work at the Emergency Hotline call center before, during, and/or after emergencies, including, but not limited to hurricanes. + Other duties as assigned.
