Your job in a nutshell:
As a ICT Engineer with French, you will provide daily monitoring support for the customers
infrastructure. You will perform operations from various IT fields – databases, applications or
systems. Junior ICT Engineer is expected to provide service 24/7 as a shift work as business never
sleeps.
What will you be doing:
• Registering, transferring and resolving basic issues related to IT technologies,
• Executing client’s requests (SQL queries, jobs holding, log sharing),
• Monitoring client’s environment on Visual Tom (VTOM),
• Patching and Packing
• Performing daily activities (reports, primary checks etc.),
• Communication with various teams as well as with the customer as a first point of contact.
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of French (C1, written and spoken),
• Good knowledge of English (B2, written and spoken),
• Willingness to work on shifts (all: morning, afternoon and night),
• Experience in Linux and Windows,
• Experience in Visual TOM,
• Good communication skills and the capacity to work as a team player,
• Motivation for self-development,
• Problem solving attitude.
