About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Introduction Engineer for Cloud and Platform domain in the dynamic field of telecommunications. As a key contributor to team, the ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and leading the evolution of Cloud and Platform infrastructure in a rapidly changing landscape.

What you will do:

Strong competency in managing and optimizing Ericsson network infrastructure.

· Must possess hands-on experience with ENM and Deep understanding of Network Elements.

· Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuring Ericsson equipment for performance and reliability.

· Radio Node understanding, hands-on experience on ENM / Radio node integration, Radio Node backup configuration, license management through ENM.

· Proficient in container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Ericsson ECCD, enabling scalable and resilient deployments.

· Hands-on experience in deploying and integrating CNFs (Cloud-Native Functions) for Ericsson products and Solution ensuring seamless interaction with network elements (NEs).

· Deep working knowledge of Ericsson CNIS and its role in enabling cloud-native telecom solutions.

· Hands-on experience in Hypervisors and VNF deployments.

· Familiar with hybrid-cloud deployment models, supporting on-premises, public, and edge computing scenarios for private network rollouts.

The skills you bring:

This role resides in the ENM domain; accountable for ensuring the delivery of ENM and associated integrations.

· Scope, define and design solution offerings.

· Driving end-to-end technical solutions.

· Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.

· Develop technical presentations, proposals.

· Excellent understanding and insight in IaaS, PaaS and CaaS layer and all platform solutions for VNF and CNF deployment and integrations.

· Ensures customer facing product documentation content and quality meeting the product delivery requirements.

· Apply proactive optimization techniques for development and implementation support efforts to meet integration and performance expectations.

· Develop and maintain technical documents such as Methods of Procedures (MOPs).

· Knowledge of Cloud, K8s, Ansible, Jenkins and DevOps.
