As a ICS Community Manager, you will make an impact by responsible for handling communities the procdutcs. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with alongside internal teams with the aim of providing support for the client's online communities around the globe. **In this role, you will:** Join a Global Team that will manage Product Specialists to provide support to Spanish language communities around the world. **Work model:** Hybrid We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Advanced Spanish for a native speaker, as you will be serving clients in native Spanish. Graduation in any discipline; Structured problem analysis and resolution Communication skills (listening, reading/writing and verbal).
