As an integral part of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of Automated Fueling System Equipment Maintenance (AFHE-MX), Hydrant Fueling Automation Maintenance (HFAM) and Automated Fuel System modifications and installations at sites and projects around the globe.

*This role reports directly to the ICS Program Manager and Customer.
*This role requires some travel and flexible work hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

Planning, executing, monitoring, and updating detailed schedules supporting ICS Programs, Projects and personnel, including installs, maintenance, and proposals.Directing and managing the use of personnel, subcontractors, tools, and materials to meet aggressive schedules, while maintaining value and a high quality of work that is consistent with KBR and stakeholder standards.Managing the coordination and completion of preventative and corrective maintenance within strict timelines of contract requirements.Developing personnel and driving growth of the ICS Portfolio.Creating, Developing, Coordinating the maintenance of and tracking project documents, deliverables and submitting that information to management, cost control and stakeholders. Overseeing the generation, interpreting, updating, approval, and maintenance of designs and drawings.Submitting tailored weekly/monthly reports for tracking safety, costs, materials, and the execution of programs and projects. Creating and maintaining positive relationships while effectively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders. Organizing, scheduling, and conducting quality task order status and design review conferences. Preparing and delivering conference notes and meeting minutes.Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

US CitizenMore than 10 years' experience in Technical Fuels Systems.More than 5 years' experience managing government or commercial fuel programs and projects.Experience with fuels systems as applied to AFSI/AFHE/HFAM.Experience in dealing with Government Contracts.Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or logistics related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

Current possession of a government CAC preferred.Active or previous security clearance preferred.
