As a Business Risk Specialist within the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services Organization (ICLS), you will:
- Act as a key member in identifying and managing operational risks across ICLS operations.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of control processes and procedures, and assist in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks for deficient controls.
- Support the execution of independent testing of 1LoD Key Controls and contribute to the development of next-generation risk and control solutions through automation and analytical tools.
- Execute timely closure of risk packets and support selection of appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Support functional teams in determining sustainable remediation activities to address operational risk issues and audit actions.
- Collaborate with global teams to monitor progress in risk remediation activities.
- Provide stakeholders with timely and accurate reporting of operational risk-related items and events.
- Participate in Risk forums and contribute to the implementation of key controls across ICLS globally through technical analysis and data-driven insights.
