ICHRA Integration Lead

As an ICHRA Integrated Lead within the Individual Marketplace business at WTW, you will play a key role in assuring the delivery of our ICHRA solution within the context of benefits administration.  Primary coordination responsibilities encompass benefits outsourcing, individual marketplace and spending account administration, technology, customer service, and carrier relationships.  You will need to heavily leverage assertion, creativity, curiosity, and influence to achieve the desired outcome of seamless integration across our individual marketplace solutions and services.

The Role

Help drive the administration strategy of WTW’s ICHRA benefit and individual marketplace enrollment solution Understand the entire scope of a client’s ICHRA solution and act as a liaison between internal teams to provide overall clarity to the design and implementation process Translate client requests to ICHRA administration requirements for technology, account, carrier, and enrollment teams Work closely with WTW’s BenefitConnect health and welfare outsourcing team, and other administrators as necessary, to define eligibility and data ingestion requirements, communication, SSO and other integration points, required to administer an ICHRA benefit effectively Outline handling for qualified life events in terms of the impact to the ICHRA benefit, enrollment in individual marketplace plans, and compliance with COBRA and other applicable regulations.  Continuously look for ways to improve/streamline integration points Ensure that there is open communication and awareness of major activities across the teams by facilitating a culture that teams are solving client issues in an integrated manner and that cross-functional items do not slip through the cracks Review service level agreements (SLAs) across the service lines. Be aware of SLA trends and issues, push functional teams to develop action plans to improve operational failures, and celebrate success. Partner effectively with Governance Leaders  Contribute to the development of new tools, approaches and quality standards related to integration Maintain awareness of the client’s benefits strategic direction and program enhancements that have administration implications; assure delivery considerations are identified early

The Requirements

Experience and success in leading group health and welfare benefits and/or outsourcing engagements, including regulatory/compliance requirements such as qualified life events/COBRA and HIPAA (direct ICHRA experience not required)Track record of success in managing large client relationships and leading cross-functional teamsActively assemble and mentor resources into a high-performing teamProven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challengesPolished and well-developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to travel and work extended hours as neededAn undergraduate degree is required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 USD annually.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
