Icertis System Administration Consultant
Icertis System Administration Consultant We know your time is valuable, so we want to be upfront: This is not an end-user position. We're specifically looking for a consultant with hands-on system administration and configuration experience in a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform (ideally Icertis). If your experience is primarily in reviewing or managing contracts and workflows through the system — this role likely won't be the right fit. We are seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System Administration Consultant to help an established yet growing health plan successfully roll out and enhance their enterprise-wide Icertis CLM system. This is a technical, hands-on role deeply involved in the organization's efforts to digitize and modernize contracts and related processes. The consultant will report to the Director of Strategy and Operations and will actively support design sessions, document requirements, manage daily deployment activities, and help drive continuous improvements. This role is designed to support an existing team, so being proactive, collaborative, and clear in communication is essential. This role is ideal for someone who excels at steady-state administration and continuous enhancement of an enterprise CLM system. Project Details + 100% Remote. A work location in the Central or Eastern time zones is strongly preferred. + Consultant must be based in the United States of America. + We are actively interviewing and will hire as soon as the right fit is identified. + This is a contract-based consultant role expected to last 12+ months. + EWINGS cannot offer sponsorship for work authorization. Key Responsibilities + Manage the day-to-day administration of the Icertis CLM system. + Actively participate in design sessions to capture and document client requirements. + Implement and maintain CLM system enhancements, including drafting current-to-future state gap analyses, roadmaps, standard configurations, workflows, processes, and policies. + Assist in analyzing CLM-generated data to help develop more efficient policies and processes. + Participate in product testing and gather stakeholder feedback. + Adapt communication style and executive presence to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. + Contribute to hands-on configuration enhancements, data updates, and new build requirements to improve the tool's performance. + Support global stakeholders by helping digitize and maintain contract templates for global use. + Promote a positive team spirit, sharing expertise and collaborating to drive success. Required Experience + 7+ years' experience implementing and supporting full CLM life cycles (Request – Author – Negotiate – Signatures – Execute – Monitor) within a healthcare provider or payer environment. + Proven experience translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions in the healthcare industry. + Deep experience with one or more CLM platforms, ideally including Icertis configuration and administration. + 5+ years with legal and/or technology solutions. + 1–2 years in a technical role working with CLM or similar tools within a healthcare environment. + Advanced proficiency with Excel, plus experience with data wrangling tools like Alteryx and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. + Familiarity with collaborative review of health insurance payer contracts. + Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders. Preferred / Nice to Have + Experience in contract migration projects. + Exposure to AI processing of healthcare provider contracts. + Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field. + Familiarity with Evisort and Workday AI.
