Job Overview
Selecta is the leading Ice Cream player in the Philippines. Within Selecta, Cornetto is the biggest single-serve out-of-home brand, accounting for 20% of the total business. They will report to the Ice Cream Philippines Out-of-Home Business Manager.
They will have end-to-end responsibility on the Cornetto’s business including P&L Management and the Brand Marketing Plan, working with internal cross-functional teams as well as external agencies.
Job Responsibilities
1. P&L Management
Topline sales delivery of the brand, gross margin improvement projects, and brand & marketing investments management to deliver bottomline profits.
Lead their part of the business in the Annual Business Plan and Monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities.
2. Brand Marketing Plan (Design & Deploy)
New Format Development (alongside Cornetto Regional Team)
Flavor/Pack Innovation/ Renovation within existing formats
Campaign development and deployment
Key Success Metrics
Financial Metrics: Underlying Sales Growth (USG) and Underlying Operating Margin (UOM) Brand Power Growth Innovation Delivery to Business CasesKey Interfaces
Internal Cross-Functional Project Team (including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Business Development, Media, Consumer & Market Insight, Customer Strategy & Planning) Internal Regional Brand Teams Creative, Media, and PR/Influencer AgenciesKey Skills/ Experience Required
