Shift: 3rd shift
Onsite Full- Time position
Purpose of Role: The IBT operator handles crane operations to transfer parts from the IBT onto skips for oven loading. They ensure correct part placement and orientation following MII and work instructions. Additionally, they identify, remove, and quarantine parts needing weld repair. The role may also involve other tasks within or beyond the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Must be LOTO certified
Responsible for inspecting the cranes
Responsible for collecting PVR data
Walking, bending or manually moving parts 90%+ of the day
Ability to build loads meeting MII requirements
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
Working Environment – Occasionally outdoors, concrete floor, noise factor 90+, dust, and explosive hazards
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Prior experience an asset, reliable work history
Good reading, writing, mathematical, computer, and verbal skills
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
