Overview of the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Lead for West & East Emerging Markets (WEEM). As the IBP Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive IBP strategies that drive business performance optimization across supply chain, sales, and finance functions. Collaborating closely with the Global Planning team and local leadership teams across 8 markets (Brazil, Mexico, Hispanics), you will ensure consistency in strategy and execution, driving alignment and integration across functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IBP Framework & Governance:
• Translating Global IBP Strategy into Zone Execution
• Ensure Two-Way Communication & Alignment
• Balance Standardization with Local Flexibility
• Support Capability Building & Change Management
• Drive IBP adoption by tailoring training • Promote best practice sharing between global, zone, and local teams.
• Monitor and Report Regional IBP Performance
2. Drive Cross-Functional Engagement & Adoption in WEEM Zone:
• Foster collaboration across commercial, supply chain and finance teams
• Ensure IBP decisions are aligned with strategic priorities
• Address resistance to change and demonstrate IBP’s business value.
3. Develop IBP Culture & Capability:
• Lead change management efforts in WEEM to embed IBP as a core business process
• Guarantee training programs adherence to upskill teams on IBP process/principles
• Act as a coach and advocate to drive IBP discipline and accountability.
4. Integrate Data & Technology Enablement
• Start integrating data-driven insights but focus on simplified tools first.
• Ensure basic reporting is in place before advancing to predictive analytics.
• Standardize data inputs and assumptions across markets.
5. Manage Risks & Quick Wins
• Identify small, impactful improvements to build confidence in IBP.
• Establish agility in decision-making, even with a low IBP maturity level.
Key Requirements:
Hard Skills & Experiences:
✓ Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related functions in global, structured companies
✓ Experience in managing complex projects on a regional level
✓ Knowledge of emerging markets dynamics is a plus
✓ Business acumen
✓ Fluent in English
✓ Availability to work at our São Paulo office in a hybrid model (three times a week in person at the office) and availability to travel.
