Overview Are you ready to drive PepsiCo’s digital evolution and accelerate transformation across our global operations? As Transformation Sr Manager responsible to ensure that the Forecasting capabilities are developed to fulfill PepsiCo needs and align to the journey evolution towards Maturity Level 5 going using advanced AI / ML enabled modelling like driver-based forecasting. This person will need to work closely with the Analytics, Data Scientists, and the centralized modelling teams to ensure the right design on modelling and is well deployed and evolved in the Analytics team and Modelling operational teams in the Sector, including pilots to test new capabilities or techniques in this space to continue evolving the solution. In addition will need to work in sync with the peers leading the demand planning process design to integrate the requirements and process with the forecasting capabilities. Responsibilities Your day to day with us: Define & Evolve Forecasting Capabilities: Shape the future-state design and operating model for demand forecasting within IBP (iS&OE, iS&OP, iSP), driving alignment across all planning layers. Integrate Advanced Analytics: Ensure effective integration of demand planning with analytics solutions (e.g. demand sensing, driver-based forecasting, promotions, NPD modelling). Own the Forecasting Repository: Develop and maintain a central repository with all forecasting methodologies, templates, instructions, and process documentation. Drive Capability Roadmaps: Co-create and execute global and sector-specific demand planning capability roadmaps to reach Level 5 maturity. Lead Performance Measurement: Design and implement KPI dashboards, scorecards and visualizations to monitor forecasting effectiveness and process performance. Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement forecasting capability improvements, supporting business cases and driving efficiency or cost optimization. Ensure End-to-End Alignment: Translate user and business requirements into actionable input for digital, data, analytics and product teams to build scalable solutions. Govern IBP & Process Adherence: Act as an IBP and Demand Planning process advocate; lead cross-functional alignment, ensure stakeholder engagement (L6–LG3), and address process gaps. Enable Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing: Build a strong internal/external network to benchmark and cascade forecasting best practices across the global IBP community. Lead Key Projects & Stakeholder Engagement: Own the Europe Forecasting Capabilities project; partner with cross-functional leads (Training, Change, Data, Product, etc.) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Qualifications What you will need to succeed: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate education preferred. Forecasting & Modelling Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of demand forecasting, including AI/ML and time-series models, demand sensing, promotional forecasting, NPD, demand shaping and scenario modelling. Demand Planning & IBP Experience: Solid background in Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (S&OE, S&OP, AOP, PSP) within the FMCG industry. Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills: High business acumen with the ability to zoom in for detailed analysis and zoom out for top-line strategic recommendations. Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead through influence, align senior stakeholders across functions (especially Data & Analytics, DP, and IT), and drive cross-functional collaboration. Executive Maturity & Communication: Comfortable engaging with senior leadership (including those with greater seniority), with excellent communication and storytelling skills. Change & Ambiguity Management: Experience navigating complex, evolving environments; capable of managing ambiguity and leading transformation without losing direction. Cultural Awareness & Sensitivity: Strong interpersonal awareness and ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures. Mindset & Values: Passionate IBP advocate with a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to improvement; able to inspire and engage others without diminishing current efforts. Professional Experience & Language: 10+ years of senior-level, cross-functional experience in FMCG; fluent in English. What makes us different?
