• Influences certain aspects of the cost base, by identifying and / or acting on cost saving opportunities

• Has in-depth knowledge of products, matched with key market knowledge and expertise. Shows excellence in own professional area
• Consistently demonstrates complete understanding and commitment to the bank’s high professional, ethical and legal standards

• Identifies and assesses risk using all available resources and information. Is decisive and knows when to take calculated risks, when to escalate issues, always upholding the bank’s reputation
