PTO and Paid Sick Leave Health/Dental/Vision Insurance/401K Responsibilities Perform customized facials and other skincare services Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and products Maintain a clean and professional treatment space in accordance with spa protocols Educate guests on at-home skincare routines and promote retail products Uphold a five-star standard of service and guest satisfaction Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless spa experience Qualifications Current Licensed Esthetician in Michigan Dedicated professional that is motivated with a positive attitude Available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays Excellent guest service and communication skills Possess an aptitude to work with no direct supervision Prior experience working in a day spa and/or lead role preferred Must be at least 18 years old
