The selected candidate will perform the duties as the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Product Line (PL) Infrastructure (INF) Compliance Line Execution Lead. The IBCS PL INF Compliance Line Execution Lead is responsible for the execution of all day-to-day and long-term cyber operations for all IBCS Information Systems. The IBCS PL INF Compliance Line Execution
Lead duties include but are not limited to the following:
Serving as the focal point for IBCS PL INF Compliance Line sub-teamsResponsible for the execution of day-to-day and long-term cyber operations of all IBCS Information SystemsEnsuring execution of duties by sub-teams to obtain, manage, and maintain all Authority-to-Operate (ATOs) issued by the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) in conjunction with the IBCS PL INF Compliance Line Lead and Deputy, IBCS ISSM and ISSO Team.Closely aligning with the IBCS PL INF Compliance Line Lead and Deputy to develop, implement, and execute cyber maturation process to be leveraged across all IBCS Information SystemsWorking closely with the IBCS PL INF Compliance Line Lead and Deputy, and Chief Engineer developing standardized methods of support to resolve any cyber-related problems across the IBCS Information SystemsDriving innovation, along with the IBCS PL INF Automation Line Lead, to develop and implement automated cyber processes across the IBCS Information SystemsSecuring all IBCS Information Systems, in conjunction with the IBCS ISSM and IBCS PL INF Systems Line, adhering to DCSA regulations outlined in the DAAPM for Assessment & Authorization and standards per the NIST SP 800-53Reporting and advising on execution status of cyber operations to the IBCS PL INF Compliance Line Lead and Deputy, as well as the IBCS PL INF Lead and Deputy. To include providing qualitative metrics, technical road maps, hosting and attended scheduled meetingsBasic Qualifications:
Current CISSPCurrent DoD Secret Security Clearance8 years of relevant experience with bachelors, 6 years of relevant experience with masters, 4 years of relevant experience with PhD. Experience may be considered in lieu of degreeExpert knowledge of Risk Management Framework in a DCSA accredited environmentIntimate knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (i.e., NIST, DFARS, CMMC, etc.)Previous experience overseeing and executing large-scale projects resulting in ATOs for Client-Server Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and Unified Wide Area Networks. Including Contractor-to-Contractor and Contractor-to-GovernmentProven track record of task delegation amongst multiple team leads, driving execution amongst large teams, and demonstrated abilities to work with cross-functional leadershipVast knowledge and experience in multiple technology domains from a cyber perspective to include Windows, Linux, Networking, Virtualization, Containerization, Storage, etc.Preferred Qualifications:
STEM Degree; preferably in Cyber Engineer, Cybersecurity, etc.Additional Operating System Environment Certification (i.e., RHCSA, RHCSE, CCNA, CCNP, etc.)Additional leadership education or certifications (i.e., MBA, PMP, etc.)Previous experience assisting efforts for proposal efforts by providing technical inputs and artifacts (i.e., Basis of Estimate, Bill of Material, etc.)Use of team collaboration tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, etc.)Salary Range: $144,200.00 - $216,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
