This high-impact role within OneAIM, a joint venture between Amentum and Mitie, oversees a £250M portfolio of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering works. Based on-site in Cumbria, the Framework Director will drive delivery with pride, ensuring safety, legacy, and opportunities are maximised for the site, workforce, and wider community. **Key Responsibilities** The Operations Director will demonstrate strategic leadership and delivery by driving performance across complex engineering programmes, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and stakeholder expectations.
