Responsibilities The Opportunity We are looking for an S&T Service Coordinator responsible for overseeing and ensuring service stability, availability and performance of IT infrastructure. This role manages Compute servers, Network(IT/OT), Power and cooling devices for Telecommunication rooms and End User services aligned with ITSM processes and managing our 3rd. party service providers. Your Impact As I&O Service Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of: Responsible of ensuring stability, performance, and availability of I&O Infrastructure services. The role oversees day-to-day operations, validate technical designs and troubleshoot networking services (WAN, LAN, Wireless), runs key ITSM processes Incident, Change and Problem Management. Act as owner of system monitoring working together with One PepsiCo Operations Center looking for minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency through MSPs. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce SLAs, and manage contract services. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Communication verbal and written in Spanish & English language Network CCNA certification or equivalent skills ITSM processes (ITIL V4 certification): Incident, Problem and Change Management Experience in monitoring tools and understand IT-OT infrastructure Technical expertise in compute (servers, cloud services) Vendor Management to ensure compliance and service agreements Ensure operational systems adhere to cybersecurity policies and industry regulations Plan and allocate resources as well as reporting and KPIs Control operational budget, including forecast and collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams Problem Solving Mindset.
