During your shift as a I/E Technician, you will

 

Perform routine maintenance, installation, and integration of process control instrumentation, including new control circuits and modifications to existing systems.Troubleshoot and repair electrical power, motor, and motor control circuits, as well as signal transmission facilities such as tubing and wiring.Apply your instrumentation and electrical expertise to execute I/E tasks with precision, ensuring quality outcomes and minimizing rework.Collaborate with outside vendors to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement through craft-level feedback, RCFA participation, and innovation initiatives.Maintain a strong commitment to safety and housekeeping by actively participating in 5S activities and adhering to all safety protocols.Accurately document repair history, complete job feedback forms, and use SAP to log time, update work order statuses, and provide feedback on job plans and task lists.Develop, prepare, and present recommendations and reports as requested to support operational and technical decision-makingIf you...

 

Have a 2-year degree in Instrumentation/Electrical (I/E) — or alternatively, at least 3 years of hands-on industrial experience in instrumentation and electrical systems.Are willing and able to work overtime, including during holidays and weekends, as required by operational needs.Create your own chemistry with you@BASF
