We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture. **Summary** The position will be assigned to the Rock Springs Plant Maintenance Department - Instrumentation and Electrical Group. The I&E Maintenance Planner/Scheduler position will plan and schedule resources to conduct maintenance activities with the overall goal of minimizing downtime and improving equipment and system reliability. The planner will review and prioritize work, develop job plans, coordinate work efforts with operations, manage daily and weekly schedules to maximize scheduled work and scheduled PMs, work with the maintenance supervisor to manage unscheduled work, support electrical project work for the entire lower plant, develop and manage PMs, manage CMMS spare parts and bill of materials for equipment, and work with supervisors, engineers, and operations to plan and execute short outage and turn around work in their area of responsibility. **Key Responsibilities** + Work with the area supervisor(s) to develop and execute weekly planned/scheduled work. + Work with the area supervisor(s) to plan and execute short outage/turn around work. + Work with the area supervisor, area maintenance manager, and maintenance analyst to develop and manage work schedules with the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling tool/CMMS. + Work with area supervisor and area maintenance manager to manage the work order back log. + Develop and/or update job plans and procedures as required for planned/scheduled work. + Work with area supervisor, engineers, and maintenance manager to evaluate, optimize and when needed generate PMs to reduce unscheduled work and optimize plant/equipment reliability. + Evaluate and update equipment bill of materials in JDE to ensure correct stock levels for equipment. Add new stock items as necessary. + Support equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis efforts. + Work with operations and engineering groups to purchase parts and plan work associated with instrumentation and electrical projects for the Phos, Sulfuric, Granulation and Shipping areas. **Typical Education** + High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) **Relevant Experience** + 5+ years related planning experience. + Instrumentation / Electrical knowledge and experience **Job Requisition ID** : 22932 **Travel Required** : Less than 10% **Location(s)** : ABW Plant - Rock Springs **Country:** United States ****The J.R.
