Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Environmental Health, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum3–5 years of relevant experience in food safety, hygiene management, or quality assurance in the hospitality or foodservice industry.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety audit practices.
Certification inHACCP, ISO 22000, or related food safety systems is strongly preferred.
Experience inleading audits, managing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in hygiene and sanitation.
Proven ability totrain and supervise teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency inEnglish and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office and able to generate hygiene reports and presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
High attention to detail, with a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
