Job DescriptionThe Assistant Hygiene and Food Safety Manager is responsible for Health and Safety requirements of the property as well HACCP compliance as per Thailand Food and Health Authority.
This positions is also required to:
• Oversee, direct and drive all aspects of HACCP and food safety management system which covers all concerned departments
• Serve as Hotel representative related to food hygiene and safety
• Conduct investigation in case of any food poisoning cases
• Initiate proper control measures for any kind of hazards related to food safety
• Identifie the severity of risks and control it
• Ensure HACCP system is implemented and maintained in accordance to all procedures and work instructions established.
• Experience as an Assistant Hygiene and Food Safety Manager or Hygiene and Food Safety Supervisor in hotel industry.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety requirements including the ability to understand and use cleaning work instructions, procedures and safe systems of work.
• An ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload to ensure the achieved outcome.
• Effective communication skills both verbal, written and leadership skills
• Good command of the English language.
