**Hybrid Sales Representative** **Location:** Midvale, UT (Must live within 60 miles) **Compensation:** $22/hour + Uncapped Commission **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM MST **Work Model:** Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote **Training:** 6–8 Weeks Paid, Onsite in Midvale **Licensing:** Company-Paid Property & Casualty Licensing **Calls:** Inbound Only – No Cold Calling We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as **Hybrid Sales Representatives** . In this role, you'll assist customers with their **auto, renters, and homeowners insurance** needs through **inbound calls only** . No cold calling required. This position begins with comprehensive **paid training** conducted **100% onsite** in Midvale. Once training is completed, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays each week.
