Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serves as a presenter/speaker at various campus events and orientations to educate students, faculty and staff on all different commute optionsWorks closely with departmental customers to identify appropriate permit, commute alternative program or fleet product or service needs.Coordinates one or more programs within Transportation and Parking Services (TPS): transportation, parking, or fleet programs.Monitors transportation and parking customer listserv, special event programs and service quality issues.Schedules, organizes, and promotes transportation, parking, and fleet program outreach and education.Maintains and tracks customer interactions using a variety of systems, including customer relations management system, parking management systems, access control systems, transportation systems, fleet information management system, and related tools to process transactions, investigate, and resolve issues.Assists management with program administration and communication.Performs other related duties as required.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma or equivalent, and five years of parking, transportation, customer service or related administrative experience.Strong customer service skills.Positions within this classification may require a valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record.Positions within this classification are required to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, stoop, and twist.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience facilitating or speaking to large and small groups

 

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs.  Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
