We seek a highly skilled Infrastructure SME to lead the team and the technical aspects of strategic cloud transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in infrastructure assessments, hybrid architecture design, and cloud migrations. As Technical Coordinator, you’ll lead the design and drive agile delivery of innovative solutions to help our customers transform and modernize.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-functional teams with a product-centric mindsetConduct infrastructure discovery and assessmentsSupport the design of hybrid cloud architectures that integrate on-prem and AzureDefine and coordinate migration strategies and execution, manage the technical backlogProvide operational and technical leadership and risk mitigation throughout the projectEnsure specified Solution Design principles and practices are embedded across the delivery lifecycleCollaborate with security, networking, and operations teamsFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

Degree in a relevant field3-5 years in IT infrastructure and cloud architectureExperience with AVS and VMware stack (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, HCX) is a plusKnowledge of Azure networking, identity, and governanceDemonstrate extensive experience in the IT industry with expertise in all areas, including cloud technologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skillsPreferred Certifications: Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV or equivalent)Location: Remote / Hybrid (Portugal)Languages: Portuguese (native) & English proficiency; Spanish is a plus!
