Drive project team performance, motivation, and outcomes in a dynamically changing environment where business rules may be subject to interpretation. Mentor, coach, evaluate, and train more junior project leaders in their adoption of project methodology(s) and toolsets. Serve as lead contributor to the development and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise IT project management methodology(s), processes, and toolsets, involving various approaches for managing project activities, including: lean, iterative, incremental, and phase approaches.
