Hybrid Corporate Recruiter
Job Description An employer is looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join one of our largest national general contractor clients for a contract position in Minneapolis, MN. In this role youll join a growing team of 15 additional recruiters and sourcers, and work to identify talent, schedule interviews and onboard candidates for their corporate positions. The roles youll be identifying talent for will primarily include accounting, IT and shared services positions across their business. Prior experience hiring for corporate / professional roles such as these will help you succeed on this team. This client has locations across the US, therefore you will collaborate with recruiters across the country. You must be a self-starter and have prior experience working with ambiguous requirements and experience driving interviews, hires and onboarding with leaders across the business who may not have extensive experience hiring in their roles. Any prior experience showing stakeholders and executives the benefits of prioritizing and streamlining the hiring process will help you be successful on this team. This role is currently budgeted to be a 6-month contract. This team goes on site 4 days per week in their downtown Minneapolis location; therefore, you must be comfortable going on site 4 days per week and must live within a commutable distance to downtown Minneapolis to be eligible for this role.
