Job Description
The Art Director works with the Creative Director to conceptualize all visual output for projects, establishing the visual language and setting the tone and animation style. This position helps to guide execution of all projects.
Location: Hybrid - Columbus, Ohio (only considering local candidates)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Salary: $43.77/hour

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Art, Design, or Animation
· 8+ years’ experience in Art, Design & Animation
· Mastery of Adobe Suites Software
· Ability to prioritize under tight time constraints and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
· Effective interpersonal skills across teams and when liaising with clients
· Understanding of Advertising business, conceptual creative process, idea explorations
· Knowledge of digital platforms, including online, mobile, tablets, and other emerging technologies
· Knowledge of designing for print and print formats
· Ownership of projects, with the ability to carry out projects from concept to delivery
· Understanding of narrative structure and storytelling
· Excellent communication skills
· Possession of superior presentation skills – both in creation and verbalization
