Labcorp is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their Maintenance/Facilities team in Tampa, FL. The HVACR Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial buildings. They are responsible for ensuring that these systems function properly, providing comfortable and safe indoor environments.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, With rotating evenings and weekends for on-call purposes

Job Responsibilities
Perform minor maintenance and diagnose problems in conjunction with outside contract vendorsAssist in the maintenance of building MEP systems in a large medical laboratoryWork with various MEP systems including VRF systems, air handlers, cooling towers, chillers, lower pressure boilers, humidifiers, VAV systems, air compressors, pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and refrigeration devicesMonitoring the Building Management System on a daily basis alerting management of any discrepancies Perform daily rounds to check process gases, compressed air systems, DI Water Systems, and Lab Waste SystemsRead & interpret intrepid shop drawings & control schematicsUpdate excel spread sheets, generate word documents and managing daily emails.Participate in annual safety training and earn required certifications for the positionAssist with snow removal during winter conditions along with other trades as neededTravel to other sites when requested by managementRequirements
