We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who thrives on delivering top-tier customer service and has a knack for diagnosing and resolving issues over the phone. If you're familiar with the tankless water heater industry, even better!
What You’ll Do
+ Be the go-to expert for contractors, distributors, engineers, and end-users needing help with our products.
+ Troubleshoot tankless water heater issues over the phone and guide customers to effective solutions.
+ Educate customers and promote our products with confidence and clarity.
+ Accurately log warranty details and service notes in our system.
+ Collaborate with teammates to resolve high-priority cases and share knowledge.
+ Respond to email inquiries and assist non-English speakers (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Korean – a plus!).
+ Occasionally visit job sites for hands-on troubleshooting.
What You Bring
+ 1+ year of customer service or phone support experience.
+ 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience (HVAC or similar).
+ Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
+ Ability to stay focused and calm under pressure.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office tools.
+ Flexibility to work any day of the week, including holidays and overtime when needed.
Bonus Points For
+ Hands-on HVAC field experience or certification.
+ Call center experience.
+ Knowledge of Navien products or tankless systems.
+ Bilingual skills (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Korean).
+ A natural curiosity and love for solving technical puzzles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.65 - $22.00/hr.
