Airswift is searching for an HVAC Testing & Balancing Lead to work on a year-long contract located near Austin, TX. The scope includes HVAC TAB support for adequate cooling of substations and IDF units, ensuring temperature-sensitive data racks and supporting infrastructure are cooled for optimized performance and uptime. TAB personnel must measure flow, temperature, and cooling flow rates to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs. Tasks include, but are not limited to, measuring, testing, and balancing ducting components and HVAC units, as well as conducting pressurization testing, leak tests, and smoke tests for Fire Marshal occupancy requirements. Work must adhere to specific pressurization and cleanliness standards. Work is expected to be performed during normal business hours, with an anticipated workload of approximately 40 hours per week per resource. Compliance with OSHA, EPA, and State of Texas regulations is mandatory. Preference for NEBB-certified companies adhering to the latest NEBB TAB Procedural Standards.
