Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in and around Menomonie, WI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $40-50/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are an HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air handlers, A/C units, and ductwork in residential and light commercial settings.

Connect both low- and line-voltage wiring to heating and cooling equipment.

Install flex and sheet metal duct systems accurately and efficiently.

Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and system checks to ensure newly installed equipment runs efficiently.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including how components function and integrate.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

Proficiency with tools, materials, and best practices for installation and troubleshooting.

Prior HVAC installation experience

Licensing/Certifications a plus.
