This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operate and monitor large-capacity centrifugal chiller units (Trane and York, 1,000-ton each)Oversee the operation of cooling towers, pumps, and related HVAC equipmentAdjust system settings to maintain proper chilled water supply temperaturesMonitor system status through the Building Management System (BMS)Respond to BMS alarms and out-of-range operating conditions in a timely and efficient mannerDocument system performance and report anomalies to supervisory staffSupport preventative maintenance and troubleshooting efforts as needed Company DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
