Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, the HVAC Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, performance and mechanical repairs on all types of refrigeration systems including refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, air conditioning systems and other mechanical equipment.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training - Trade school or Training in HVAC maintenance techniques/procedures Upon hire: National EPA Section 608 Certification - State County City Trade License Authority 2 years experience in maintenance, construction or trade related field
