**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **HVAC Service Technicians** for projects located in **Gig Harbor, WA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$35-40/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Service Technician eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Install, service, and repair heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in residential settings + Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems + Perform routine maintenance checks, cleanings, and tune-ups + Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain technical issues and recommend solutions + Complete work orders, documentation, and maintenance records accurately + Adhere to safety protocols, codes, and regulations + Maintain a clean and organized work area, both in the field and in company vehicles + Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices **Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent + HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited trade school (preferred) + Valid EPA Section 608 Certification Type II or Universal + Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and installation + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record + Familiarity with smart thermostats and home automation systems + Experience with both gas and electric systems + Knowledge of local HVAC codes and permitting process + NATE Certification is a plus + Lift up to 75 lbs + Climb ladders + Work in tight or elevated spaces + Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
