Company Urgently Hiring HVAC Service Technician!!

Job Description

Join our team as an HVAC Service Technician, where you will expertly diagnose and repair various HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, heat pumps, and air handlers. Use your EPA-certified skills to handle refrigerants and optimize system performance. With your experience, contribute to maintaining and enhancing HVAC operations in both commercial and residential settings.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair HVAC systems such as VRV/VRF, split systems, heat pumps, and air handlers.Troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment using EPA-certified techniques.Apply electrical and mechanical knowledge to read wiring diagrams, test circuits, and repair motors, compressors, and controls.Utilize multimeters, gauges, and pressure testing tools for precise diagnostics.Work with building automation systems and smart thermostats for system integration.Use HVAC software tools to monitor, calibrate, and troubleshoot system performance.Connect HVAC units to cloud-based platforms for remote monitoring and configuration.Use tablets, laptops, and diagnostic interfaces for system updates and troubleshooting.Provide excellent customer service by establishing rapport and explaining technical issues clearly.Maintain professionalism and responsiveness during service calls.Follow OSHA standards and company safety protocols.Maintain a clean work area and accurate service documentation.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in commercial/residential HVAC service.Proficiency in electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs.Experience with building automation systems and smart thermostats.Knowledge of IP-based controls and Wi-Fi/Ethernet-enabled equipment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsEPA Certification preferred.OSHA 30 & SST certification required.Experience with brazing, threading, installation, piping, and pipe fitting.Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints.Physical capability to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
