Work Experience

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine apartment maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, and morePlan and execute apartment turnovers, including scheduling and coordinating with vendorsMaintain HVAC systems (certification preferred)Assist with general property upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environmentCollaborate with property management, leasing, and fellow maintenance team members to meet property goalsAdapt to a variety of tasks—no two days in property management are the same

What We’re Looking For:

Technical maintenance experience (apartment or similar industry preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA strong commitment to customer serviceHVAC certification required
