Our esteemed client who specializes in Sales, installation, and servicing of humidifiers and dehumidifiers within Industrial & Commercial Humidification Solutions Industries is expanding their sales and service team to meet increasing demand and is looking for expert skills as a HVAC Salesperson. This role is based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities: 3–5 years in sales or specification of humidification/dehumidification systems (ideally Condair or similar brands). Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, perform room-volume and air-change calculations, and recommend appropriate equipment Proven track record of consultative sales from discovery through close Hands-on experience with Pipedrive (or equivalent) for pipeline management and forecasting. Hunter Mentality: Comfortable with cold calls, new-lead outreach, and owning targets Resilience & Persistence: Recovers quickly from setbacks and refines approach Analytical Orientation: Uses sales metrics (conversion rates, deal size, cycle time) to optimize performance Communication & Relationship Building: Builds trust with engineers, contractors, and end users
Qualifications & Skills Requirements: Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Refrigeration – OR equivalent technical-sales experience (3+ years). Desirable but not mandatory: Membership in SAIRAC or SARACA. Valid Code B (or equivalent) driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to travel up to 30% of time, including overnight stays. Fluent English; Afrikaans or other local language an advantage Ability to prepare/deliver technical presentations (PowerPoint, demos)
