Compensation & Benefits

Your Role as an HVAC Residential Installer
As an HVAC Residential Installer, you will play a critical role in installing high-quality HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Fabricating and installing fiberglass and metal duct systems in accordance with the Florida Mechanical Code. Installing, wiring, and starting up residential and commercial split systems and packaged units, including system changeouts. Performing installations with precision and attention to detail to meet company and industry standards. Maintaining a professional company image and delivering excellent customer service. Adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and company standards. Working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision. Maintaining the company service vehicle, tools, and inventory stock while adhering to company driving policies.Tools & Support

Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening checksPreferred:

Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs. Lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics) Willingness to wear required PPESkills & Abilities:

BGIS is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. BGIS has different pay ranges for different work locations within the United States which allows us to pay team members competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location.
The salary range for this non-exempt position in the US is $23.00-30.00 per hour.
A candidate’s salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
