Our client an HVAC Repair Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Repair Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Repair Technician

Location: Westminster, MD

Pay Range: $20.55 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, or overhauling HVAC equipment. Clean dirt and grease from machines and equipment, including compressors and coils. Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance on equipment. Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members as directed. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED. 0-2 years of relevant experience in HVAC or related fields. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical capacity. Ability to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE regulations. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
